Terms of Service

The beta

BookInt is in an invite-only beta. Features may change, and we may pause or end the service with reasonable notice. During the beta there is no charge unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your team’s accounts.
• Only connect calendars and add websites you are allowed to use.
• The information you give the assistant (services, prices, policies) should be accurate. It answers from what you provide.

Your visitors’ data

You decide what your assistant collects. You are responsible for telling your website visitors how you use their details, for example in your own privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how BookInt handles data.

Acceptable use

Don’t use BookInt to send spam, mislead people, collect sensitive data such as payment card or health details, break the law, or try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

AI answers

The assistant uses AI and can make mistakes. Review your conversations in the dashboard, and don’t rely on it for anything that needs a professional’s judgement. Bookings depend on Google Calendar being connected and available.

Ownership

Your content and your leads belong to you. BookInt, its software and its brand belong to Allan IO. You give us permission to use your content only to run the service for you.

Ending

You can stop using BookInt at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, its data is deleted within 30 days.

Liability

BookInt is provided “as is” during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or missed bookings, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
